NoseFrida - How it works
The easiest way to use the
NoseFrida is to have your baby in a comfortable position where
your hands are free - this could either be on their changing
mat, on baby's back on a table, or with your partner or a
friend holding the baby.

You then place the red
mouthpiece in your own mouth, with the large tube
being put at the front of the baby's nostril.
Apply a little gentle suction and increase
this until you see mucus appearing in the large
tube. None of the mucous will be sucked into
your own mouth as the blue filter will prevent
this. If the mucous is not runny, then
initially apply a little water or saline solution
and after a few moments apply the suction.

After using the NoseFrida clean it
thoroughly. Firstly take it apart and throw away the
hygiene filter. Wash the rest of the device in warm soapy
water. After it is dry put in a new filter, it will then
be ready to use again.
NB: When connecting the
large tube to the base of the NoseFrida, if it is correctly
connected you will hear a click.
